mFlex Double Traffic Barrier
mFlex™ Double Traffic Barrier is designed to safeguard walls, structures, goods and machinery from lightweight hand operated equipment and powered pallet trucks.
Double rails increases the height and strength of the impact zone, providing greater impact resistance and improving protection against general wear and tear. Over time, frequent impacts can damage surfaces, materials and stock. It can even break expensive equipment.
Max impact rating 9,100 Joules (equivalent to 3.6 ton impacting at 90 degrees @ 8 km/hr)
Available in numerous lengths and in yellow, black or grey as standard. Multi-directional posts ensure an efficient and tailored fit into any location, while a fully modular construction means rails and posts can be easily replaced in-situ without removing adjacent barrier sections.
Suitable for vehicles with an impact height of 150 – 450mm.

RAMP TEST
Watch this video to see mFlex Double Traffic Barrier tested according to the PAS 13 code of practice. PAS 13 states safety barrier testing should be consistent and replicate real-life-conditions. This is why 90 degree testing is always carried out on the barriers.
