Fire roller shutters olympus RD EW 60/90
The Olympus EW90 fireproof roller shutter is a solid, reliable, durable and very effective door with a fire resistance of 120 minutes.
The roller shutter is very suitable for the closing of big industrial buildings, fire- and explosion hazardous environments, office buildings and shopping centres. Connected to a fire detection system, the roller shutter closes automatically after fire detection. The special flame trap prevents flames coming through. The shutter is made for everyday use. By default supplied in galvanized steel material. Optionally, the shutter is available in any RAL colour wanted. Tailor made for every situation.

FUNCTIONALITY
Fire resisting roller shutter, also suitable for every- day use, as a closure of window and wall openings. The high quality insulating core and special flame trap ensure an excellent fire resistant sealing.
APPLICABILITY
Fireproof closure of large halls and industrial build- ings, fire and explosion hazardous areas, office build- ings and shopping malls.
STANDARDS
Tested in accordance with NEN 6069 and NEN-EN 1634-1 Certification 90 minutes.
APPEARANCE
The rolling armor is composed of cold rolled, sendzimir galvanized steel double-walled roller shutter profiles 100×22 mm with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm. These double-walled profiles are filled with high-quality in- sulating materials. The profiles are over the entire length pivotally connected to each other. Wall sealing against flames coming through by means of labyrinth profiles.
MOVEMENT SYSTEM
The movement system is composed of two galvanized steel consoles in which the tube is mounted and the armor rolls over.
FINISHING
The fireproof roller shutter is supplied in sendzimir galvanized steel plating. Optionally, the cover and guides are available in any RAL colour.
DRIVE
The roller shutter is driven by a 230V or 400V mo- tor and is electrically closing by default. Optionally, it can be supplied with a FailSafe motor
400V or backup battery.
OPERATION
The roller shutter is equipped with a push button switch up/down by default. The control box can be connected to any fire- or smoke detection system or can be equipped with stand-alone smoke detectors. All types of control systems can be applied in case of daily use.
WEIGHT
Armor weight approx. 28 kg per m2.
