• APR (Adjustable pallet racking) — The most common and cost effective system on the market, the APR, or selectable pallet rack system is widely used throughout most warehouses across the world.
• VNA (Very narrow aisle) — Another variant or APR racking is the VNA, or Very narrow aisle system, which has the same configuration but aisle widths of 1800-2000mm.
• Drive in system — Drive-in system belongs to the family of high density storage system and is a cost effective solution for large quantities of identical items.
• Double deep pallet racking — A variant of APR racking is the double deep system offering more capacity but at the same time limiting accessibility to 50%.
• Multi-tier on rack — Long span and pallet racking systems extended in height can be equipped with aisles to create easy storage and access by use of multi-tier levels.
• Flow rack — Where there is a desire for high throughput as well as expiry dates to be monitored, hence the first pallet stored is the first to be retrieved then the flow rack system is the right choice.
