Mini/Mid Safe Evo

Mini/Mid Safe Evo LED projectors provide a visible way to communicate safety information in warehouses and other work environments. They project symbols onto the floor in green, red, blue, yellow or white, helping employees identify pedestrian routes, emergency exit directions, safe collection points and hazardous areas.

The projected image remains clearly visible in brightly lit environments and on surfaces affected by dust and dirt, unlike signalling systems based on adhesive application. This makes the system suitable for operational areas where floor conditions can change and where safety information needs to remain immediately identifiable.

Available applications include emergency exit direction symbols such as MINI SAFE ARROW and MID SAFE ARROW, as well as safe collection point and hazardous-area symbols such as MINI SAFE CROSS and MID SAFE CROSS. A walking-man image can indicate a pedestrian path, while a running-man image can identify an emergency exit. A range of standard symbols is available, and customised symbols can be requested from the company.

The Mini Safe Evo and Mid Safe Evo versions use the same lamp colours, power input, maximum power input, control method, protection class and operating temperature range. Both use one LED in the selected colour, with a photobiological risk class of RG1. The projected symbol length is 440 mm at a height of 4 m and 470 mm at a height of 8 m.

The lamp combines an anodized aluminium and PVC structure with a painted-steel bracket, stainless-steel screws and cable glands, glass lenses and silicone gaskets. The IP54 protection class supports use in work environments where dust and dirt are present. Mini Safe Evo weighs 2.5 kg and has a lamp dimension of 110 x 110 x 190 mm. Mid Safe Evo weighs 3 kg and has a lamp dimension of 110 x 110 x 270 mm.
