ForkGuard Cold Storage

ForkGuard Cold Storage is designed for warehouses and operational areas exposed to sub-zero environments where vehicle forks can damage infrastructure, storage assets or create a risk of injury at ground level. It provides ground-level protection against fork impacts and is intended for facilities that need to control the interaction between material-handling vehicles, stored goods and pedestrian routes.

The barrier protects against shallow angular impacts and helps prevent damage caused by fork penetration. This makes it suitable for locations where vehicle forks operate close to building elements, equipment or designated pedestrian areas. By providing a clearly defined protective boundary at floor level, ForkGuard Cold Storage supports safer separation between vehicle movements and people working or moving through the facility.

In addition to its protective function, the system acts as a pallet stop or buffer. It helps prevent stored goods from encroaching into pedestrian areas or walkways, supporting better control of storage boundaries and keeping access routes clear. ForkGuard Cold Storage is floor-mounted and bolted from above. Its installation method allows the protection to be fixed directly at the required ground-level position. The product can also integrate with A-SAFE barriers, providing a compatible approach to protecting areas where vehicle forks and pedestrian movement need to be managed together.

The product is purpose-engineered for sub-zero environments and combines asset protection, fork-impact protection and pallet containment in one ground-level application.
