Shallow 400 x 300 mm container for picking, storage and internal transport
The ELB-DH 4120 PP is a shallow storage and transport container for small-parts handling in warehouses, production areas and packing operations. Its nominal 400 x 300 x 137 mm format is designed for the picking face, shelf storage and internal transport, allowing the same container to support stock presentation, buffering and movement between workstations.
The low side wall keeps contents visible and within easy reach at the picking face. This makes the container suitable for components, spares, fittings, consumables, dense hardware, castings and machined parts that are held between goods-in and dispatch. It can also be used as buffer storage on shelving, helping to keep individual item groups separated and available for picking.
With a maximum load of 20 kg and a capacity of 10.9 litres, the ELB-DH 4120 PP is suitable for more than light packaging materials. The container can hold denser small parts while maintaining a manageable format for repetitive manual picking. After picking, it can be transported directly to an assembly bench or packing station, avoiding the need to decant the contents into another container.
The container is also suitable for vertically arranged storage. When a second container is placed on top, 100 mm of usable internal height remains. This dimension should be used when planning shelf pitch, storage clearances and buffer lanes for stacked containers. It provides a defined planning reference for warehouse layouts where the ELB-DH 4120 PP is used in shelf storage or picking locations.
