Urban plots in Cyprus are getting smaller and parking demand is not. SPIMA's automated parking systems let developers, hotels, and offices fit two to four times more vehicles into the same footprint compared with a conventional car park, without excavating extra basement levels.

We deliver both mechanical (semi-automated) parking — stacker and puzzle systems that let two or three cars share a single ground slot — and fully automated parking where the driver leaves the vehicle in a transfer cabin and the system stores it robotically. Each solution is sized for the site, the traffic pattern, and the operator's throughput requirements.
