Overhead doors
Standard sandwich panel thickness of 40mm is the norm but if needed, an 80mm thick panel can be supplied for doors in areas of temperature controlled zones where insulation is required. Aluminium profiled sections with transparent acrylic glass are also available.
In other applications where space is limited the Cube door is the perfect solution.
S40
S40 is the most frequently used overhead door panel. The S40 is a universally applicable panel, made in steel. The 40-mm thick steel sandwich panels have finger safe protection, because the focus is on safety. Extra thick steel on the outside and a fire-retardant polyurethane inner foam core ensure a high insulation value.
Available colours
The S40 panel is available in 18 standard RAL colours: 1021, 3000, 5010, 6009, 7016, 8014, 9002, 9006, 9007, 9010, 1015, 5003, 6005, 7021, 7022, 7035, 9001 and 9005.
T40
The T40 model is a steel sandwich panel that, like the S40, has steel skins separated by a fire-retardant polyurethane foam core. The T40 does not feature finger safe protection.
Available colours
The T40 is available in six standard RAL colours: 6009, 7016, 9002, 9006, 9007 and 9010.
A40
The A40 overhead door is constructed from horizontal maintenance-free aluminium sections featuring finger safe protection. The unusual thing about these sections is that they can be made to specification, and fitted with many types of filling and glazing.
A40 sections also frequently serve as glazed sections in an S40, Design-Line Umbra or T40, which provides additional light transmission and a stylish appearance.
The sections are as standard made of anodised aluminium. However, they can also be powder coated in any desired RAL colour.
Umbra
The Design-Line Umbra is a steel panel featuring microprofiling . To guarantee safety, this panel also features finger safe protection.
Available colours
The Umbra is available as standard in four RAL colours: 7016, 9006, 9007 and 9016.
