ROSSS Unizinc Click

Unizinc Click is the galvanised metal shelving with simplified joint, perfect for lightweight loads and different storage needs.

The galvanisation process allows to use the shelving even in locations with high humidity, while beams and transverse shelves guarantee an easy assembly. The structure of the beams is simply unique: the steel can be found in the most weighted part, in order to considerably increase the shelving’s capacity despite its incredible lightness.

Technical Details

The new beam ends with two steel brackets, fixed through a nailing process; this allows it to be attached to the upright more easily. Thanks to this new bracket (with the two hooks 75 mm apart) the upright-beam joint makes the system more stable and robust. The bracket is equipped with an anti-unhooking system

Thanks to the possibility of choosing between metal and plastic, the new feet ensure maximum stability in all conditions of use. The special plastic material version reinforced with glass fiber, reaches a thickness of 5 millimeters

Taking advantage of the unique profile, the concentration of steel is found in the most stressed part of the structure, guaranteeing an essential structure, easy to assemble and extremely versatile, adapting to the most diverse storage needs. UNIZINC CLICK above all has to the possibility of not using bracing for structures up to 2.5 meters

The UNIZINC CLICK profile is designed to concentrate the steel exactly where it is needed, guaranteeing solidity but at the same time exceptional structural lightness. UNIZINC CLICK offers the possibility of having the beam in the I-type and Q-type versions: this special profile has the peculiarity of a triple thickness at the two ends of the section (12/10 the Q-Type and 9/10 the I-Type. This allows the load capacity of the beam to be increased, without increasing the weight of the structure.

Closed "T" upright profile, with a 55x45 mm section and a thickness of 0.8-1.0 mm. The wide profile area ensures considerable load resistance in a limited frontal bulk
