Mezzanines (free standing and on racking or shelving)

Installing mezzanines between shelving levels facilitates the optimum use of building height and thereby optimising storage space.

We offer 2-, 3-, and 4-tier structures where the modular shelving system provides the supporting structure for the floor.

Horizontal and vertical extensions can also be based on existing single-level systems.

The combination of free standing and shelving mezzanines in a total concept creates space, which can guarantee an optimal interaction of goods in and goods out in the storage area.

There are many types of flooring to choose from depending on the application and desired load capacity. The most common are the mesh grating that can come in numerous mesh sizes and materials, and the profile plank; a PI shaped metal sheet which is punched in different styles of perforation to suit different requirements. These floors can easily be assembled without the need for welding. Spima represent Meiser, the top manufacturer of gratings and profile planks who also construct many types of stairways with these materials. Wooden floors made from chipboard, MDF and multiplex boards are also possible.

Press Locked Gratings

Meiser press locked gratings are usually made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. However, other materials can be used if the customer so wishes.
