The Stertil dock leveller model LA is a mechanically operated ‘mini dock leveller’.

Although called a ‘mini dock leveller’, its operation and safety are on the same high levels as other Stertil dock levellers. The Stertil LA-series have a capacity of 6000 kg and are suitable for use with all types of loading equipment from manual pallet trucks to fork trucks. The LA ‘mini dock leveller’ is suitable where the height differences between warehouse floor and vehicle floor are minimal and is an ideal replacement for unsafe and out of date dock-plates.

  • The Stertil dock leveller type LA meets all safety requirements of European directive EN 1398.
  • The lip can easily be positioned on the truck floor by a handle.
  • The platform and lip are made of tread plate and beams of steel quality S 355 JO (steel 52). The thickness of the deck is 6/8 mm, the lip plate is 12/14 mm thick.
  • The open lip hinge retains no dirt, so effective operation is ensured and no lubrication is necessary. The weld connecting the hinge to the platform and lip is so strong that Stertil guarantees this component for life.
  • The leveller can be parked without the need for the truck to drive away.
  • Bumpers are mounted on hot dip galvanized consoles.
  • The standard conservation of deck and lip consists of steel blasting, a primer coating and finishing in ocean blue, RAL 5020. Total layer thickness is 80 microns.
