Specifications

The 500 series dock shelters consists of 4 frame types and 4 different curtain materials. 

Frame types

Model WE
The WE-series dock shelters have a flexible galvanized steel framing. 
Four flat steel hinge-arms are placed between the front and rear frame. 
Top and sides of the shelter have black PVC cladding. 
The top panel has a slope to the front of 100mm for drainage. 
The front frame has an aluminium trim. 
The WE shelter can be mounted on dock height. 
With a dock height of 1.200 mm this shelter can be used for sealing the following truck dimensions: 
width: 2.100 - 2.800 mm - heigth: 3.500 - 4.100 mm  
The WE series are available with curtain material 574 (PVC). 

Model WF
The WF-series are non projecting dock shelters for application within an existing doorway.
Curtains are mounted on galvanised steel angles. To give the head curtain improved resistance to heavy wind and storm it is provided with heavy duty elastic cables.
The WF series can be supplied as dock model and ground level model. 

Model WL
The WL-series have a collapsible framing made from extruded anodised aluminium profiles. 
The rear- and front frame are connected by aluminium arms with artificial fiber springs integrated at both ends. The top panel has a slope to the front of 100 mm for drainage.
The top and sides can be cladded with a choice of black or light translucent vinyl.
To give the head curtain improved resistance to heavy wind and storm it is provided with heavy duty elastic cables.
The WL series can be supplied as dock model and ground level model.
When mounted at dockheight of 1.200 mm this shelter can be used for sealing the following truck dimensions: 
width: 2.200 - 2.900 mm - heigth: 3.500 - 4.200 mm  

Model WS
The WS-series have a fixed framing build of galvanized steel U-profiles, with plastisol cladding on the top and sides. 
The top panel has a slope to the sides for drainage. 
To give the head curtain improved resistance to heavy wind and storm it is provided with heavy duty elastic cables.
The WS series can be supplied as dock model and ground level model.
When mounted at dockheight of 1.200 mm this shelter can be used for sealing the following truck dimensions: 
width: 2.200 - 2.900 mm - heigth: 3.500 - 4.200 mm  

Curtain materials

Curtain material 544
Black reinforced vinyl 950 gr/m2.
For the ideal pressure against the truck, flexible fibreglass stays are integrated in the curtains.
Overlapping armour pleats in the corners of the headcurtain create the best solution in order to withstand continuing abrasive actions.

Curtain material 554
Exclusive black Powerflex® 1000.
This material is specially developed for the use as dock shelter curtain. 
Extensive test have proved that Powerflex® is ten times higher abrasion resistance then conventional PVC materials.
For the ideal pressure against the truck, flexible fibreglass stays are integrated in the curtains.
Overlapping armour pleats in the corners of the headcurtain create the best solution in order to withstand continuing abrasive actions.

Curtain material 574
Black 3mm thick reinforced vinyl.
The curtains consist of a double spring loaded monofilament polyester weave, on both sides coated with PVC. This combination gives a unique material with high piercing-, tear- and abrasion resistance and an ideal pressure against the truck.
