High Line garagedoors A garage door is a significant part of the outside of your house, by choosing a High Line garage door you can change the appearance. Every High Line garage door is manufactured to the highest European safety standards. A High Line garage door stands for harmony, comfort and quality. The High Line garage door is formed from separate panels and carefully selected components resulting in a flexible door. The door rolls silently straight up and down which means the door needs hardly any space to open outwards, saving space so you can park your car directly in front or behind the garage door. The High Line garage door is finished to the highest specifications. Each galvanised steel panel is 40 mm thick and filled with high density insulating foam (polyurethane) which protects your garage from cold and drafts en-abling the garage to stay comfortable during the winter. The panels have a high quality protective polyester coating which is applied on the woodgrain panels. At the top, bottom and sides the door has perfectly closing seals to prevent drafts. The High Line garage door is not only pleasant to see but also adds security and is resilient against all the weather conditions. There are two basic types of garage doors: The High Line Standard (HLS) and the High Line Cassette (HLC).
Our product range comprises: High Line Standard white doors in a variety of patterns/ surface embossments.
WoodLine “Wooden” doors in a variety of patterns and surface embossments.
TopLine Aluminium frame doors in a colour of your choice.
Unglazed field panel The insulated field panel is 21 mm thick and completely flat. The field panel can be finished in a colour of your choice. This does not have to be the same colour as the frame.
Glazed You have the choice of 4-mm single pane toughened glass or 21-mm insulated toughened glass. The toughened glass is of course safety glass. The aluminium frame is coated in a colour of your choice and is therefore completely maintenance free. The sections are fitted with finger guards. The section height can be chosen so that it optimally fits the size of your garage, this results in an extremely harmonious whole. TopLine sections can also be used as glazed sections in the HighLine and WoodLine series (apart from in the HLC and WLC doors). You not only enhance the appearance of your door, but also allow additional light to enter your garage.

The panels are fitted with finger guards.
All doors have ball-bearing rollers
The panels are 40 mm thick
The doors are CE and TUV approved
Glazing There are two different types of window available. The windows are made of high-quality plastic, they are insulated to the maximum and are waterproof. The glazing possibilities are: - Rectangular with a white or black frame. - Rectangular with a white or black frame divided into fields. It is also possible to use glazed TopLine sections in this door.
Fixed Side Panel with Pass Door It is possible to fit a pass door in your garage door (apart from in the HLC and WLC doors). A major advantage of a pass door is that you do not have to open the entire door if you want to enter or leave the garage. This prevents unnecessary energy loss
Colours The following colour is standard and can be ordered for our private doors at no extra charge. Outside: RAL 9010 - Inside: RAL 9010 bright white If you do not state any preferences, the door you order will have standard RAL 9010 on the inside and on the outside. RAL 9010 is bright white. Of course we can spray-paint your door in any standard RAL colour at a minimum surcharge and without loss of time.
Quality Every door we manufacture must meet 15 different quality aspects. This is checked during an end-of-production test to ensure that the door shows no defects. Should the door meet only 14 quality requirements, it will go through the entire process again. In addition, daily random tests of the doors ready for loading are also performed. In that case, we pick out a door, unpack it and check it thoroughly. Moreover, we have appointed a quality manager who continually walks through the plant monitoring the production process. This way, most defects are identified early on. Each door that is shipped out, including those in our standard colours, always come with a small pot of paint and a brush, so that the customer always has paint in the right colour.
Electric Operators Of course, we also sell motors to provide our dealers with a comprehensive offering. We supply Marantec operators for our garage doors.
These motors can be supplied with every door, so that the delivery you receive is complete. If a door is ordered including motor and safety edge, we will fit the safety edge to the door. The motor can subsequently be plugged in. In this way you save installation time, and money on the motor (you do not need to fit the safety edge). We always hold motors in stock, so very short delivery times are possible. Incidentally, this also applies to separate printed circuit boards and other parts.
