Dock levellers and dock doors

Three loading bays are present in the form of external dock houses, with 3 dock levellers from Stertil and 3 doors from Condoor. The thickness of the door's sandwich panel is 80mm (double the standard) to minimise heat dissipation from the outside to the temperature controlled interior. The Dock levelers are ressesed to enable the company's vans to back into the loading bay and open the doors after they have docked. 

One unloading bay also exists for the use of containers, and all are equipped with truck wheel guides and heavy duty dock bumpers. The connections between the doors and levellers ensure that the dock leveller cannot be operated until the door is fully opened.
