BakeArt's new modern facility in the industrial area of Frenaros is in operation and features the first mobile racking system in Cyprus.
Spima were chosen as BakeArt's supplier in the delivery and installation of the facility's storage system, dock doors, dock levellers and dock houses. Furthermore with the aid of this project, Spima have added one more service in their portfolio, the supply and installation of high speed doors from Efaflex.
About the project
BakeArt's vision of the new facility was to increase their storage capacity as much as possible by utilising the maximum available area, and at the same time minimising building costs. In parallel to this, they required 100% selectivity on the stored goods with quick and easy access. Based on this criteria they chose to install a mobile racking system and selected Schaefer via their authorised distributor, Spima, in order to achieve this.
